What was this event?
The amazing Jess Weiner lead our first ever event for middle school girls in 2008.  The focus was on helping girls discover and refine the meaning of what it really means to be Pretty, Hot & Popular.

Who was able to attend?
All middle school girls.

Will there be future events like this?
Yes!  We have now added middle school events to our annual calendar.

What is the “Young Women’s Leadership” (YWL) Program? YWL started 12 years ago after the tragic loss of an amazing young woman, Jenna Druck. This program is a legacy to her spirit and her dedication to being a leader. Each year, YWL gives the “Spirit of Leadership” award to a special group of high school girls. As recipients of the award, girls are invited to attend our conference and leadership forums. And now we are extending the invitation to middle school girls!
