Leadership Forums

Young Women’s Leadership Forums are powerful workshops that deal with subjects such as “Creating a Vision for Your Future” and “Developing Your Leadership Style.” YWL Forums are innovative and change annually. View pictures from our October 13th Leadership Forum!

Showcasing the 2008 YWL Program theme of “Finding and Using Your Voice”, our forums create intimate op­portunities for participants to interact with notable women singer-songwriters and are called “A Conversation With…”

Each forum starts with guest artists sharing their experiences and perspectives on life and leadership with an au­dience of 50 to 125 young women leaders. This is followed by a short performance, Q&A session and facilitated discussion groups where each participant can personalize the workshop experience to their own needs, situation and goals.
