Young Women’s Leadership 2009…A year-long journey of life-changing leadership training!
February 21, 2009 – Leadership Workshop:
Teen Truth Live: Bully
Learning to create supportive community where girls celebrate each other. A powerful multi-media interactive session.
March 21, 2009 – High School “Spirit of Leadership” Conference:
Award winners will be honored at this one day event featuring inspirational key-note speaker Maria Reyes of the Freedom Writers Foundation, 12 powerful workshop sessions and a very special mentor experience!
May 9, 2009 – Leadership Workshop:
Building the Heart of Communication
An experiential session designed to enhance and deepen communication between teens and the women that love and support them. Mothers, aunts, grandmothers, coaches, youth leaders & educators are encouraged to attend with the girls in their lives.
July 18, 2009 – Middle School “Spirit of Leadership” Conference:
Award winners will be honored at this one day event featuring transformational coach Lisa Nichols, founder of Motivating the Teen Spirit along with an inspirational “power lunch” with women leaders serving as a mentor for the day.
September 26, 2009 – Leadership Workshop:
Peer Pressure – Staying Connected to Your Truth
Get clear and learn how to stay strongly connected to your values during this experiential workshop.
November 7, 2009 – Leadership Workshop:
Branding Beautiful You – A Mentor Experience
Learn to network & brand yourself with mentors that will help you identify your skills, strengths and values. Experiential & fun!
