The Jenna Druck Foundations’ Young Women’s Leadership Program is preparing young women to become tomorrow’s leaders by creating leadership opportunities for thousands of young high school women.
Our vision is a society where the talents and natural strengths of young women are fully developed, recognized, and admired.
Our mission is to discover and support young women leaders, providing them with the skills, motivation, resources and opportunities to recognize their potential greatness.
Young women from hundreds of Southern California schools and communities receive training through the Young Women’s Leadership (YWL) Program, a year-round leadership development program for young women of high school age.
