The Young Women’s Leadership Program
The Jenna Druck Foundation’s Young Women’s Leadership Program (YWL) has been building the knowledge and skills, as well as dreams, of high school aged women for the past 12 years. YWL is well recognized throughout the community of San Diego and our nation, having received praise from notable women like First Lady Barbara Bush and Senator Hillary Clinton.
Our mission is to discover and train future leaders. With the necessary support, our program has and will continue to result in profound changes in the lives of individual participants, as well as social change in our community and society.
Our 3 point leadership program provides inspirational year-round training and development for thousands of young women:
